E-CASH ACCOUNT

Soundwrap™ has a simple e-cash facility to enable the purchase of songs. The main reason for e-cash is to avoid the high credit card transaction charge. For example, should a song cost $1.00, an additional $2.00 would have to be added for the credit card transaction fee. This charge would often be greater than the value of the song.

By using e-cash this charge can be avoided on subsequent purchases. For example, $20.00 of e-cash can be purchased, plus the additional credit card transaction fee. Now this $20.00 can be used to buy new songs avoiding the transaction fee for further purchases.

Opening an E-cash account

When you purchase a song a new e-cash account can be easily created. The Purchasing wizard gives you a step by step process to open a new account. For more detail please view the User helpfiles.
